A most unusual program combining Sikkim and Assam, with Delhi, Varanasi, Khajuraho and Kolkata. The journey combines visits to Panna National Park near Khajuraho and rarely visited Orang National Park in Assam.

Along the way, you search for Gangetic Dolphins, take boat rides on the Brahmaputra and Ganges Rivers - two of India's holiest rivers - wander sacred lakes and monasteries in Sikkim, and enjoy the sacred rituals of Varanasi.

Then, of course, there are the people - tribal villagers in Assam, Buddhists in Sikkim, sadhus in Varanasi and many more!

Day 3	Fly to Khajuraho on 9W 723 (1030/1255). Visit temples and drive Panna National Park. BLD
Day 4	Explore the Park. BLD
Day 5	Return to Khajuraho and fly Varanasi on 9W 724 (1330/1410). Evening arti and boat ride on the Ganges. B
Day 6	Morning boat ride on the Ganges and walk through the old town. Fly Kolkata on 9W 246 (1425/1540). B
Day 7	Tour Kolkata. B
Day 8	Fly Bagdogra and drive to Pelling in Sikkim. BLD
Day 9	Tour the monasteries and lakes around Pelling. BLD
Day 10	Drive to Gangtok. BLD

Day 12	Return to Bagdogra and catch a short flight to Guwahati on SG 881 (1400/1500). Board MV Charaidew for trip on the Brahmaputra. BD
Day 13	Seek Gangetic Dolphins, visit villages and explore Ganesh Pahar. BLD
Day 14	Continue boat ride and village explorations. BLD
Day 15	Continue boat ride, stopping at villages and Orang National Park. Explore park by jeep or elephants. BLD
